The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.tagshoes.com.

- All prices are shown in £ sterling and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
- All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

- Payment can be made by any major Credit or Debit card. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
- Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available.
- We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
- In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or provide a full refund.
- Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason; this is your cooling off period. You do not need to return the goods within this period for you to secure a refund. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation, irrespective of whether the goods have been returned at this stage. If the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund. This is the only charge that will be levied.
- Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we guarantee to respond within five working days.
- The Directors and staff at Tagshoes know how important it is that the information about you is used in an appropriate way. We would also like to thank you for placing your trust in us to use this information carefully and sensibly. We will only use the information that we collect about you in a lawful manner (under the Data Protection Act 1998).
- We only collect the information you give us via the website and store it on our web servers. This may include automatically collected data such as any of your prior purchases or your computers IP (Internet Protocol) address. These web servers will only be accessed by a select few employees of Tagshoes and will never be released, rented or sold to any other persons, organisations or companies. We will never collect any information about you without your prior knowledge; our information is collected using lawful methods as set by the Data Protection act of 1998.
- We collect the information in order to provide you with the very best service we can possibly provide. We need to be able to process your order smoothly, quickly and correctly, and by securely storing the information you give us, the website can reload that information when you sign in with your unique username and password making it easier for you to place any future orders.
- You can check the information we are holding about you at any time by logging into your customer account on the website. There you may change the information or delete it as appropriate. It is possible to delete the information required to complete a transaction although you will have to be aware that next time you want to purchase something you will have to re-enter this information to enable the transaction to occur. It may also lead to us sending you an e-mail asking for any required information that you may have deleted.
- At Tagshoes we utilise the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into code which is then securely transmitted over the Internet.
- For goods returned outside Europe a charge for import duty may be incurred. Any such charges are fixed by Customs and Excise, over which we have no control and vary from country to country. You are advised to check with your Customs and Excise department as to any charge or charges that may be due.
- Any charges incurred by Tagshoes due to any of the above circumstances will be charged back to you, the customer.
- None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Due to the nature of natural materials some footwear furniture may appear slightly different to the picture.
- With effect from 1/5/2009 to enable us to process online payments quicker we will debit your card when you order. This means in the unlikely event that we are out of stock our automated email advising we can arrange for the shoes to be especially made for you and that we will not debit your card until you confirm your wishes is now incorrect. We will refund your card immediately should this be your wish.
