Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Deliveries will be sent by first class post, be insured and will require a signature on arrival for security purposes.
 
In the event that you are out, the post office will leave a card to enable you to collect your parcel from them WITHIN 7 DAYS. If you fail to collect within this period the parcel will be returned to us, and if you require them to be re sent an additional postage charge will, unfortunately, be levied.

Any charges levied by shipping agents handling parcels from outside the UK will be passed on to the customer.

Returns Policy

Providing you notify us within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return the shoes, and they are in the same condition as you received them i.e. complete with tags, then upon satisfactory inspection we will refund the price of your shoes.

If we have ordered shoes especially for you on a 6 week lead time basis we will only refund 50% of the price of the footwear to cover administration. This fee will also be levied if you cancel your order after 4 weeks, as the shoes will have gone in to production by then.

We will not refund any postage.

Items purchased that have been discounted and subsequently returned will receive a store credit only.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package (subject to banking system timescales)

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
